BHS Mixer Spare Parts RUBBER ELEMENT 910304800/910284602

This rubber element is a direct replacement for BHS mixer models using part numbers 910304800 and 910284602. It’s the same compound and durometer as the original factory fitment.

Molded from high-grade NR/SBR blend, it handles continuous mulling action without breaking down prematurely. The ribs and lug pattern are cut to match the rotor hub exactly—no trimming or shimming required.

We stock these in the original BHS-spec black compound. Operating temp range sits at -30°C to +85°C continuous, with short spikes up to 100°C. Oil-resistant and ozone-stabilised for extended service life.

Check your existing element’s wear pattern before fitting. If you see uneven chunking on one side, inspect the rotor arm for burrs. Always replace the retaining bolts and torque to 65 Nm in a cross pattern.

Sold individually. Each piece is batch-tested for shore hardness (65±5 A) and dimensional tolerance. Keep spare sets on hand—lead time on these runs 3–5 weeks from order.
