This coupling measures 5.5 inches across and comes as a complete replacement set for Everdigm breaker tooling. You get the main coupler body, all mounting bolts, and a pre-fitted grease nipple—no need to chase extra bits before fitting.

The mounting bolts are grade 10.9 steel with a zinc phosphate finish, sized to match the original Everdigm thread spec. Torque them to 290–310 ft-lbs in a star pattern, and reuse the old lock washers only if they’re not deformed; otherwise, use new ones.

Grease nipple is a standard M10×1.0 straight type, positioned at 45° for easy access even with the tool installed. Use lithium-based EP2 grease and pump until you see clean grease purge from the tool joint—usually 8–10 strokes with a hand gun.

Fitment is direct swap for Everdigm hydraulic breakers in the 3.5–5 ton class. Check your serial prefix—this H2990234 supersedes older H2987xxx variants, so it works backward but not forward into the 6-inch series.
