This seal kit is designed specifically for the PC200-7 hydraulic pump, covering all dynamic and static sealing points in the rotating group. It includes O-rings, backup rings, wiper seals, and lip-type shaft seals in genuine-spec compounds.

Each piece matches Komatsu’s original dimensional and durometer requirements. You won’t find generic substitutes here—every seal is cut or molded to fit the pump’s barrel, piston shoes, and valve plate mating surfaces without forcing or trimming.

The kit uses nitrile for standard oil temperatures and FKM for the high-heat zones near the charge pump side. Color-coded bags help you match each seal to its housing bore, so assembly goes straight without guesswork.

Critical wear items like the square-ring for the swashplate servo piston and the Teflon backup for the high-pressure crossover are included. We’ve also added the small plug O-rings that often get lost during disassembly—saves a second order.

Before installation, check your pump housing for burrs or old seal fragments. Soak lip seals in clean hydraulic oil for a few minutes, and torque all bolts to spec. This kit gives you one full rebuild cycle with no leftover parts when done right.
