This seal kit is direct replacement for SBS120 hydraulic pumps, covering all dynamic and static sealing points in the standard tandem or single-section configuration. It’s not a universal O‑ring assortment—every piece is cut to the actual bore and shaft dimensions used in that specific pump family.

You get the main shaft oil seal with the correct double‑lip profile and garter spring, plus the full set of port O‑rings, backup rings, and the rectangular section seals for the flange and end‑cover joints. The kit also includes the small buffer seals that go between the pressure plates and the valve block.

All elastomers are standard nitrile (NBR) for mineral oils, with a durometer hardness matched to the original factory spec—firm enough to hold pressure, compliant enough to handle minor bore wear. No Viton or special compounds here unless you request them separately.

Installation is straightforward: clean the grooves thoroughly, lubricate each seal lightly with clean hydraulic fluid, and ease the shaft seal over the splines without twisting. The kit bags are labeled by location, so you can match parts to the old ones as you disassemble.

Compatibility covers most SBS120 variants with SAE or BSPP ports, but always check your pump’s serial number prefix. These seals are packed in sealed poly bags with a shelf life of three years when stored cool and dry. No warranty on mixing with aftermarket housings—use as a complete set.
