Truck Mixer Products Roller Path

This roller path is core wear-resistant component matched to heavy-duty concrete mixer trucks, precisely machined from high-strength carbon steel blank. Every circular workpiece undergoes full turning processing to guarantee uniform wall thickness and smooth inner race surface, eliminating machining burrs that damage support rollers.

Multiple bolt holes are evenly distributed on the outer flange, strictly aligned with original mixer drum mounting dimensions. The hole position tolerance is controlled within tiny range for seamless assembly on ZF, PMP and other mainstream reducer drum ends without secondary modification.

Multi-layer heat treatment strengthens the inner rolling track surface, delivering outstanding compression and anti-abrasion performance. It withstands long-time continuous rotation load of full-load mixing drum, effectively reducing metal fatigue and extending service life under harsh construction site conditions.

All finished roller paths are stacked neatly on standard pallets as shown in workshop stock. Surface anti-rust oil coating is applied before packaging to avoid oxidation and scratches during sea and land transportation for overseas machinery buyers.
