XCMG Spare Parts Ball Valve 803110400

This ball valve, part number 803110400, is a direct XCMG genuine spare part. You’ll find it used in loader and excavator hydraulic systems, mainly for shutting off or turning on oil flow.

It’s made from machined brass and steel, with a chrome-plated ball core inside. The valve operates via a standard T-handle, which gives you a solid, manual quarter-turn control from fully open to closed.

Sealing is handled by two PTFE seats. They resist common hydraulic oils and temperature changes, so leaks are rare. This unit matches the original factory specifications for XCMG models like the ZL50G and XS122.

The thread type on both ends is BSPP 1/2”. Measure your existing valve before ordering, as some aftermarket parts use NPT threads which won’t seal correctly here. Working pressure is rated at 350 bar.

Each valve is tested at assembly for operation torque and seat sealing. No assembly or adjustment is needed before installation—just transfer the old seal washers to this new one and torque to 35 Nm max.
